Marlin Legal Services is a member of the Marlin group of companies, which includes Marlin Capital Europe (MCE) and Marlin Financial Services (MFS).

Marlin’s activities in the UK began in 2002 with the formation of MCE as a purchaser of consumer debt. It soon established itself as a reliable partner for leading banks and creditor lenders.

Marlin Financial Services was formed soon after to collect MCE’s purchased accounts. In addition to collecting these accounts, MFS has become a favoured outsource contingency collector for several large financial institutions and major debt purchasers.

Marlin Legal Services was formed shortly after the addition of a new senior management team to the Marlin group, with significant prior experience in all aspects of the debt recovery and litigation process. The team has implemented a best in class solution to manage the legal life cycle of each account.
